Exchanges/Returns Policy

Our team determine to do our best to ensure that your shopping experience with our online store is smooth and pleasant.  However, if you have received the wrong item(s) in your order or have received defective/ broken item(s) in your order or if your order is missing during delivery, new item(s) will be delivered to you free of charge within 7 working days upon the date we received the faulty item(s).

Returned/Exchanged item(s) must be faulty items due to manufacturing errors, expiry, damaged during delivery or sending wrong item(s) in your orders.

Once our staffs confirm about the returned/exchanged item(s), please send the faulty item(s) with its original receipt via registered posted mail to this address.
