Payment Terms and Conditions

The customer agrees to comply with, operating regulations, guidelines, instructions, policies and recommendations with respect to online purchases through the PETClub website platform, including any additions or changes to the foregoing issued by the company. The customer is deemed to have acknowledged and accepted such Terms and Conditions. And the payment terms and conditions shall only apply to orders and payments made between the customer and the seller. (PETClub)

  1. Customers agree to purchase by credit card or debit card that is legally valid for pay debts.
  2. Customers agree not to cancel subsequent payments, unless the order between the customer and the seller is not in accordance with the agreement. For example, the parcels are not delivered or the products the customer receive are significantly different on the details according to the seller's discretion.
  3. Customers are aware of the regulations for refunds that have been successfully paid can only be done if the seller agrees and is the person who notifies the intention to make a refund.
  4. Customers acknowledge that all refunds shall be made through the original payment mechanism and to the person making the payment.
  5. Customers acknowledge that no money-back guarantee will be credited to your account on time. The processing of payment may take time and depends on each bank and/or payment provider processing the refund.

Return Policy

  1. The products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after receiving. However, the product must be in perfect condition and unused. The bag of Food, treats, snack or consumable products that have been opened cannot be exchanged or returned.
  2. If the same product does not available, we reserve the right to change products of the same price or pay the difference in case of replacement products having a higher price.
  3. Conditions such as product condition, price tags, packages / parcel boxes, receipts, etc.
  4. In case the customers expect to return/exchange the product. The customers will be responsible for all shipping/replacement costs.
  5. The refund will take about 14 working days from the date we have received the returned product.
